Ministries

There are endless ways to get involved and connect with people of "like precious faith" at TAC. We desire to share hope, encouragement, and the love of Christ in each and every ministry.

Care Groups

What it’s all about…

Care Groups (sometimes called home groups, or small groups) are groups that meet together once or twice a month in various homes throughout our community.

The main goal of a Care Group is to strengthen and equip the saints to do the work of the Lord. They provide an opportunity for the saints of God to gather together for fellowship, the study of doctrine, prayers, and worship unto the Lord. These groups are designed to create an atmosphere of learning, spiritual support, and encouragement.

There are currently 6 active Care Groups located in various towns in Western Maine and Northern New Hampshire.

ROXBURY // led by Jay and Christine Gerrish (meets on Tuesdays)

RUMFORD // led by Bobbi Willhoite (meets on Tuesdays)

MEXICO // led by Brianna Willhoite (meets on Tuesdays)

ANDOVER // led by Steve Casey (meets on Tuesdays)

RANGELEY // led by Ashley Bachelder (meets on Wednesdays)

BERLIN, NH // led by Pastor David Willhoite (meets on Wednesdays)

L.A.F.F.
Ladies Above Forty-Five

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.
Ecclesiastes 3:1

L.A.F.F. is a group of ladies who have reached a new phase in our lives. The kids are nearly grown, the nest is already empty, and some have become widows. Instead of feeling lost or wondering what to do, we have banded together for fun, fellowship and laughter.

L.A.F.F. meets the third Monday of each month for fun activities, outings, or refreshments. Ladies have the opportunity be "hostess" of a meeting or lead the group in an interesting class or topic.

The minimum age for this group is 45 and we ask that anyone younger, including children, come only by special invitation. This is time for us to bond, share stories, pray together, and uplift our friends. What's shared in L.A.F.F., stays in L.A.F.F!

If you're interested in attending L.A.F.F. or have ideas for an upcoming meeting, contact the L.A.F.F. Coordinator, Linda Burdo, 207-320-3428.
